Overview

These terms cover orders placed with Stik 'n Rip through this site. By placing an order you agree to them. They should be read with our privacy policy.

Orders

When you check out, payment, shipping, and your receipt are handled by Shopify. Prices are in US dollars and are shown before you pay. We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if we suspect fraud, or if we made an obvious pricing error. If we cancel, you get a refund.

Shipping

We ship inside the United States. Orders go out within two business days, and standard shipping is three to five days after that. You get a tracking number when the label prints. If you are in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or an international customer, shipping will be calculated at checkout.

Returns

Unopened crayons can come back within 30 days for a refund. If it isn’t working for you, tell us why. If something isn’t meeting your expectation, let us know so we can sort it out for you.
